These terms govern your use of WriteSpan SAT, operated by WriteSpan LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. We aim to keep them short and clear.
You may create an account by providing your email and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for individual use only — sharing your login credentials with others is a breach of these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms.
WriteSpan SAT offers three one-time payment tiers:
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are one-time payments. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charges. When your access period expires, you may purchase a new tier at the then-current price.
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with WriteSpan SAT within 3 days of purchase, email support@writespan.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
After 3 days, all sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

All content on WriteSpan SAT — including questions, rationales, explanations, articles, designs, and software — is the property of WriteSpan LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own SAT preparation during your access period. This license does not include the right to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content.

WriteSpan SAT is a study tool. While we calibrate our questions and predictions against real student performance, your actual SAT score depends on many factors beyond the practice you do here. We do not guarantee any specific score outcome or score improvement.
Score predictions provided by the platform are estimates based on your practice test performance and are subject to variability. They should be used as a guide, not a promise.
WriteSpan SAT is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteSpan LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of WriteSpan SAT is limited to the amount you paid for your current access tier.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@writespan.com. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately, but these terms (particularly the provisions on intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of WriteSpan SAT shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of WriteSpan SAT after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
